Do the dogs stay overnight?
If you are paying for our dog boarding service, they will be staying overnight.
What time do I bring my dog and what time is collection?
For dog boarding drop offs we will take your dog from any time after 7:30am and collection is anytime up to 6pm the following day.
For Day Care drop off is any time after 7:30am and collection is no later than 6pm.
For Day Care drop off is any time after 7:30am and collection is no later than 6pm.
What is the biggest size dog that you will accept?
We will accept any size dog.
Do we need to supply food?
We do supply food but you can bring your own if your dog has specific dietary requirements.
Does my dog need to be up to date with their vaccinations?
Yes they must be up to date.
Do you collect or do we have to drop the dog off?
We do not supply a collection service so all dogs will need to be dropped off.
My dog isn't great around other dogs, will this be an issue?
We do not mix dogs, all of our dogs have their own safe space.
